Merkburn Holdings Limited Welcomes Matthew J. Schultz

Merkburn is pleased to welcome Matt Schultz to our management team!  In the role of General Manager, Matt will be overseeing much of the real estate operations of Merkburn.  Merkburn owns and manages just over 800,000 sq.ft. of commercial real estate.  Matt has extensive experience with commercial real estate and comes from a successful career with Avison Young Ottawa.  Matt will be a key player in providing direction to the Merkburn team and growing Merkburn’s business for years to come.  His years of experience in brokering deals and developing business relationships with tenants and landlords alike as well as buyers and sellers of commercial real estate in the Ottawa Region will help him succeed in his new role at Merkburn!  On behalf of everyone at Merkburn, WELCOME TO OUR TEAM!
